ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow max. 5 working days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 working days using La Poste France. Flat rate shipping fee of €12 applies to orders priced between €0.00–€59.99 and free at €60 and above, shipping within France.
EU SHIPPING:
Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
Orders are generally carrierred by La Poste France, therefore the delivery really depends on them. We are looking for a faster and more reliable carrier so hopefully we can provide a more clearly estimated delivery day soon. Flat rate shipping fee of €25 applies to orders priced between €0.00–€69.99 and free at €70 and above.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FurryTales and FurryTales_Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aftersales-shop@furrytales.fr with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
