ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to five business days for us to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with live tracking information.

FLAT-RATE DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped within 2–7 business days by La Poste France. For delivery in France, a flat rate of €12 applies to orders from €0.00 to €59.99. Delivery is free on orders of €60 or more.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

We deliver to Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Orders are generally carried by La Poste France, so delivery timing depends on the carrier. We are looking for a faster and more reliable carrier so that we can provide a more precise estimated delivery date in future. A flat delivery rate of €25 applies to orders from €0.00 to €69.99. Delivery is free on orders of €70 or more.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, when the shipment reaches the destination country. FurryTales and FurryTales_Shop are not responsible for these charges; where applicable, they are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, email us as soon as possible at woof-woof-shop@furrytales.fr with your order number and a photograph showing the item’s condition. We handle these situations case by case and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
